If a cancellation is received in writing 36 hrs prior to your tour date there will be a 50% administration fee. A refund cannot be given for any reason what so ever, if the written cancellation is received after the 36hrs period or later. Unfortunately we cannot offer refund within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, political unrest, world events, weather conditions, travel advisories or act of God, Including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safe guard against such potential circumstance.
Monkey River Eco Tours reserve the right to cancel a tour for any reason in which case a full refund will be granted. Their will be no refund if cancellation is relived less than 36 hrs prior to departure. We reserve the right to cancel any trip prior to departure under circumstances that may make operations of the trip inadvisable. All trip payments which were received will be promptly refunded.
We accept visa, master card, Discover, travelers check. US and Belize currency. Full payment is due in order to confirm the tour.
